GULIWA's insights

A digital nomad, solopreneur and an International Traveler.

You need to take what you've read (the input received) and make it your own; you need to digest it. Sometimes it's hard to digest due to language barriers, so then find a way – maybe first copy and paste into internal notes? Or something? In short, you must figure out how to digest it, instead of just standing there foolishly zoning out.

Your life time is finite.

There seems to be a timing system in my body/guts, this is where the real command center that directs my actions is located. When I have tasks but want to procrastinate, I do indeed procrastinate for a while, but when my *gut* feels that the time has come and the task must be done, I will take action.

1. It seems like you are still trapped in a toxic mindset of either doing nothing or doing everything perfectly. In reality, there are many intermediate states. For example, what can you learn from a failure? Have you gained at least a little insight from it? No one expects you to absorb everything all at once — but at the very least, take in part of it.
